However, come March, a mere 10% of those new members are still attending. So, how do you stick to your resolutions? Set realistic goals
While pushing the limits can be a good thing, in some cases it’s the reason for failure. This year, reach for the starts but do it one step at a time. Instead, allow yourself to take a break. Keep moving, but give yourself an easier day than normal. Treat yourself to pizza or ice cream, but watch your portions. You deserve it!
