As a PCA Athletic Figure Pro and a proud member of Team Ciulla, she brings both elite-level training knowledge and real-world practicality to every client she works with.

DanaMarie specializes in personal training, online coaching, and customized nutrition plans designed to fit real life — whether you’re traveling, meal prepping, or balancing a demanding schedule. Her approach goes beyond workouts and macros; it’s about creating systems and daily habits that support long-term results.

Corey Goldman PT, DPT, CSCS

I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Endicott College. I also bring extensive experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), working with athletes, active individuals, and those recovering from orthopedic injuries.

My expertise includes sports performance rehabilitation, athletic recovery, pre- and post-surgical rehab, gait and balance training, and injury prevention. At CG Wellness, my mission is to provide individualized care that helps clients recover, perform, and prevent future injuries through personalized treatment plans and ongoing support.

In addition to physical therapy, I offer personal training, blood flow restriction therapy and dry needling. Located within Encompass Fitness in Marlborough, MA, I work with both members and non-members to support long-term health and performance.

I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and long-lasting healthy habits. I specialize in teaching women how to lift weights safely and effectively—whether they’re stepping into the gym for the first time or looking to take their training and bodies to the next level.

My coaching approach combines evidence-based resistance training with realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies. I don’t believe in quick fixes or restrictive rules—just strong foundations, smart guidance, and support that meets you where you are.

Ernie is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association. He has been involved in the nutrition and fitness industry over the past 35 years. As a fitness and life coach, Ernie empowers teens, adults, and seniors with strategies and provides support to help them successfully achieve their fitness and health goals.

Throughout his career as a professional bodybuilder, Ernie has competed in many national and regional level competitions in Pro Natural BodyBuilding. As a World Champion, he has been featured on ESPN and in a number of International Magazines.

My philosophy is simple; get strong first. Once this is achieved, then you can participate in all of the activities you’ve dreamed of. By following this path, you’re less likely to obtain injuries going forward, while reaching greater levels of success. For the past 13 years, I’ve helped clients reach their fitness goals by taking the time to understand their current abilities and their goals. As a certified strength and condition coach (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I will create a customized program to take you through your journey. I specialize in training athletes and those aspiring to train athletically.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find me on the high school field as an assistant coach for track and field.
