For the past 13 years, I’ve helped clients reach their fitness goals by taking the time to understand their current abilities and their goals. As a certified strength and condition coach (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I will create a customized program to take you through your journey. I specialize in training athletes and those aspiring to train athletically.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find me on the high school field as an assistant coach for track and field.

Ernie Richard is a Fitness and Health Coach. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association. He and has been involved in the nutrition and fitness industry over the past 35 years.

Ernie empowers teens, adults, and seniors with strategies and supports to help them successfully achieve their fitness and health goals. His philosophy is a good day to grow stronger physically and mentally!

Ernie has competed in many national and regional level competitions in Pro Natural Body Building. As a World Champion, he has been feature on ESPN and included in International Magazines.

It a great mix of new equipment and had some great things you don’t see at other gyms anymore. On a more recent note, the improvement of an already great gym since reopening from Covid is amazing…well thought out floor plan, some great new equipment, new paint, and the gym is always super clean. The newest owner is very proud of it and it shows in every way, from the staff he hires and all the improvements he continues to make.
