My philosophy is simple; get strong first. Once this is achieved, then you can participate in all of the activities you’ve dreamed of. By following this path, you’re less likely to obtain injuries going forward, while reaching greater levels of success.
For the past 13 years, I’ve helped clients reach their fitness goals by taking the time to understand their current abilities and their goals. As a certified strength and condition coach (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I will create a customized program to take you through your journey. I specialize in training athletes and those aspiring to train athletically.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find me on the high school field as an assistant coach for track and field.
